Some time ago I had to pleasure to attend the last day of the 9th Athens Xclusive Designers Week. Athens Xclusive Designers Week is the official international fashion week in Greece, which takes place twice a year, presenting the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter collections of significant fashion designers from Greece and abroad.

I love keeping up with fashion and going to fashion shows, I just don't get overzealous about it as if it's the most freaking awesome thing ever. That or I'm just one of the most difficult people to please.

Anyway, I sat through all the shows but my favorite was of course the closing show of Indashio (blog post with pics coming up). The event was also a great opportunity to catch up with fellow bloggers Nelly and Athena!

StarBags Giveaway: I won!

I FINALLY WON A GIVEAWAY!!!

Phew! Ok, I just needed to shout that out again one more time, woohoo! I must have taken part in over 2 dozen giveaways and I was so disappointed that I never won, I seriously started thinking that a curse had fallen upon my House of Doll (I love my Haters!).

But alas, not only did I finally win a giveaway I probably won one of the coolest/glam/fab/awesome prizes someone could win, an authentic Louis Vuitton Mini Lin Petit Noe!!! It's so cute, the colors are gorge and it's totally me! I've been wishing for a Louis Vuitton for years and I guess the Universe finally said yes. Ask and ye shall receive! Perhaps I'll get that Ferrari I've always wanted with Johnny Depp inside too.

The bag was a gift from StarBags. StarBags is a company based here in Greece who sell second-hand designer bags and rent designer bags too. All of their bags are in better than mint condition I would say, just like brand new! And hey, if you can buy a super expensive luxury bag, why not get it for less? Their professionalism and swift delivery straight to your door make them themselves a 5 star experience. I really look forward to making a purchase from them in the future.

The giveaway was hosted by Fashion Algorithms. At first I wasn't really into entering thinking that there was no way I'd win, but I was in the end the lucky winner. 1349 people took part in the giveway.

Gina in Wonderland: My Mardi Gras Costume.

The Friday that passed was the last Friday of the Mardi Gras Carnival and of course it was time to party! And I dressed as.....

I didn't really get why lots of people kept on telling me that for me to be Alice in Wonderland I had to wear a blond wig. WTF???? Screw you unimaginative close-minded people! Excuse me while I prefer to rock this look MY WAY and own it! *tries to calm down and not let the stupid people aggravate me anymore*

I'm wearing the beautiful "Great Pink Planet" lipstick by Lime Crime. I adore Lime Crime's lipsticks and colors. Awesome review on the lipstick coming soon in the following days!

I got my costume from Ebay UK and it cost about 21 euro, I think it was very well priced and the costume is great! I LOVE ♥ ♥ ♥ dressing as fairytale characters! For Halloween 2010 I dressed as Snow White if you guys may recall (http://house-of-doll.blogspot.com/2010/10/early-halloween-party.html). And for the Mardi Gras party I lent the Snow White costume to my friend Elena (yes it is the same costume), my best friend Elina dressed as a sexy ladybug and my boyfriend Andreas dressed as a vampire (I did his makeup, so difficult to work with! :P). I'm not going to go on and on what the rest of the gang dressed up as cause I'm too lazy to do so, I'm sure it's obvious in the pictures below. So enjoy the pics Dolls!
