Celebrating with Lady Danger.

Friday the 13th was my best friend Elina's birthday! The celebration took place at one of our favorite places to go out in Kifissia, Bronco. We all got together and had an amazing time.

I've known Elina for about a decade now and for she is the sister I never had, family more than just a friend!
She's been there for me for all the up's and low's, a true friend. Imagine that we understand each other with just a simple glance, that's how well we know one another. Also we have lived out so many things that always has us wondering if we are living in a movie (lots of crazy stories there!).

I wish my sistah all the best on her 26th birthday and I'm positive all her dreams will come true!

I made the cake! Rainbow chocolate cake!

Dreading Time.

As for my make up of the night, I chose one of my all time favorite red lipsticks, MAC's 'Lady Danger'. It's a matte lipstick and the orange hue in it makes it a one of a kind bright red. Never fails to impress! To complete the look, a simple cat eye with black eyeliner and of course false eyelashes.

NOTD: Baby Pink and Silver Glitter.

Nails of the day! Both NOTD and FOTD (Face of the Day) are 2 new features on my blog and are being introduced today :)

I really love this mani cause it's simple, sparkly, cute and of course PINK! Any light/baby pink will do (2 coats) and any silver glitter will do (1 coat). I used a custom made pink polish and Forever21's Silver Glitter polish. Finish off with a coat of clear polish for that extra shine and you're done!

Nail Tip: I like to refresh my coat top maybe 2 times during the days to follow to make my mani last.

Tommy G Nail Polish no.8 Swatches.

Bright and playful Tommy G's nail polish in no.8 is a perfect addition to anyone's collection. I've been wanting to get a blue polish for some time so naturally I was really excited to try it out!

I didn't want the look to be plain so I painted the ring finger on each hand a metallic silver by Tommy G. I then coated each silver nail with Forever21's silver glitter polish.

On another note, I'm thinking about starting off vlogging and tutorials. Any thoughts? And of course if anyone has a makeup request please let me know, I'd love to hear your ideas! Also I'm getting close to 100 followers (yay thanks and lots and lots of love to you all)! Once I reach 100 followers I will do a giveaway *excited*

Tommy G Nail Polish no.399 Swatches.

Tommy G just released their Spring-Summer 2011 nail polishes and of course I just had to get my hands on them! The ONE polish that stole my heart right away was no.399, a grayed out shade of lilac. Below I have pictures of the polish with various light settings so you can see what I mean. Without flash you can see the greyness of the shade but out in the natural light it's a gorgeous lilac.

I would wear this polish all year long it's a Spring color to accommodate the lilacs that are in bloom, would look great with a tan during the Summer and the paleness of the shade would be just lovely for Winter.
